I had a request for the NPH voice files yesterday and discovered that Waze hadn't cleared out some of the other voice packs I'd downloaded yet, so I figured I'd share those and some of the others out in the wild, make it a little easier for iPhone and Android users to deal with and try out. Enjoy!

Install Instructions:
iPhone (credit to u/roblee8908)(use iFunbox or iFile if jailbroken):
Unzip files
Rename folder to 'eng_randy'
Transfer folder to /waze/documents/sound via iFunbox (Full path: /var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/Waze*/Documents/sound)
Select 'Randy' voice in Waze setting.
Android (credit to u/jimdones):
Download the files from the link.
In Waze, choose prompts other than the default (e.g. choose eng_nathan).
Wait for the prompts in Waze to download.
Now go to storage/waze/sound.
Overwrite the bin files inside the prompts directory you chose above, with the Arnold bin files you downloaded.
Restart Waze.
Android (credit to u/oredd1357):
Open the file manager and go to /waze/sound/, there you will see all sorts of folders called eng_ followed by the name of the voice(for example: eng_randy, eng_nathan, eng_stephen_colbert)
Take the discontinued voice files, unzip them and copy them to one of the eng folders in /waze/sound/ (it will say that files with the same name already exist, just click on replace all).
Then open Waze and select the voice that you replaced its files with the discontinued voice files at Settings-->Sound-->Navigation guidance (for example: if you replaced eng_randy, then select the Randy voice, the name of the folders is the name of the voice in waze's settings)

To the following users for either posting request threads, the files themselves or instructions.

If you've been using Waze for quite a while, you might be surprised to learn you can change the Waze voice that speaks to you, notifying you of upcoming turns and possible road hazards.
Whether you have an Android or iOS device, follow the instructions below to add a bit of change to your daily commute. If you're feeling really adventures, you can even record your own voice for turn-by-turn directions.
How to Select New Waze Voices
If you merely want to hear a new voice during your commutes, there's a quick way to change things up a bit. The list of available voices continually changes so you can drive along to celebrity voices or quirky characters.
Open the Waze app on your device.
In the bottom center of the screen select the Speaker icon.
Tap the Voice directions option; it will list the currently selected Waze voice.
You'll now be presented with a list of available Waze voices. Merely tap your desired selection to choose it. Some voices will include street names in their turn-by-turn directions, while others will not.
Be sure to check out the available Waze voices from time to time as the company always makes different options available. Past celebrity voices for Waze have included Liam Neeson and Mr. T.

How to Create Your Own Waze Voices
You can record your own voice to hear yourself give directions while driving. The process is super simple and can be a ton of fun. You can create custom creations and even share them with your friends.
Open the Waze app on your device.
In the bottom center of the screen select the Speaker icon.
Tap the Voice directions option.
At the top of the screen, select the Record new voice option.
Waze will remind you to record your voice in a clear manner so you can understand yourself when driving. Tap the Got it button to continue.
Your phone may ask if you wish to give Waze access to the microphone; if it does, be sure to tap the Allow option.
Tap the Name your voice option at the top of the screen. Enter your name or a phrase to save your new digital creation, then tap Done.
A list of different phrases will be shown. Tap each phrase you'd like to record a custom voice for when driving. To begin recording, tap the red dot. Once you have finished recording, tap the grey square.
For the best experience, record all phrases; otherwise, the default voice will play for any unrecorded phrases.
Once you've finished recording all of your voices, tap Save in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
If you want to hear your recording played back, tap the blue play icon. Once satisfied, hit the Savebutton.
Tap the X in the upper right-hand corner to return to the map.
